1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the Final Whistle app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Acceptable Use

When using Final Whistle you agree to:

• Not use the app for illegal purposes or in a way that infringes third-party rights.
• Not attempt to access other users' systems or data without authorisation.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the application.
• Not use scripts, bots or other automated means to interact with the app.
• Not create fake accounts or impersonate other people.

3. Usernames and Content

You are responsible for the username or nickname you choose. The following are prohibited:

• Offensive, discriminatory, obscene or hate-inciting names.
• Names that impersonate public figures, brands or the Final Whistle team.
• Names that contain personal information about third parties.

We reserve the right to change or remove usernames that violate these rules, without notice and without entitlement to compensation.

4. Season Pass (Premium Subscription)

4.1 Description

The Season Pass is a paid subscription that removes ads, unlocks unlimited clues and provides advanced statistics.

4.2 Price and Renewal

The price is shown in the app before purchase in the user's local currency. The subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4.3 Cancellation

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from your account settings in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Cancellation does not generate a refund for the period already paid.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the purchasing platform (Apple App Store or Google Play). Contact their support to request a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Final Whistle — including design, code, graphics, text and player data — is the property of their respective owners. No licence is granted to reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express authorisation.

6. Service Availability

We do not guarantee continuous service availability. We may interrupt it temporarily or permanently for maintenance, technical reasons or business decision, without notice or liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Final Whistle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application. Maximum aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months prior to the event.

8. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication in the app or on this page. Continued use of the app after publication implies acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any rights that consumer protection regulations may grant to the user.
